Hike the Cliff Walk, a beautiful 3-mile path along the rocky coast that provides a rear view of the mansions on Bellevue. Take a guided tour of many of the mansions. For a culture hit, browse the Museum of Yachting in Fort Adams State Park, covering much of Newport’s storied yachting history.
Edgartown is recognised as one of New England's most elegant communities, and was Martha's Vineyard's first colonial settlement. The stately white Greek Revival houses built by the whaling captains have been carefully maintained and make the town a museum-piece community, a seaport village preserved from the early 19th century. Walk to the 1672 Vincent House, the oldest known house on the Island, and the magnificent Old whaling Church. Wander pristine beaches and visit the Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary or Caroline Tuthill Wildlife Preserve, Chappaquiddick. Finally, return to your motor or sailing boat for a sunset dinner, prepared by your private chef.
From Nantucket, cruise on the outside of Cape Cod, past the Monomoy Point Lighthouse south of Chatham, Massachusetts.
